Do Number 1: Choose your dress before your jewellery

Choose your ideal dress first in order to ensure everything matches!

Do Number 2: Add colour

Mix things up a little by adding a splash of colour to your outfit. Perhaps try to add a coloured birthstone or gemstone to your jewellery.

Do Number 3: Remember the bridal party

Although your wedding day is all about you , it is important to remember the bridesmaids! Add some bling by giving them matching jewellery and accessories.

Do Number 4: Add your own personal style

There are always the right accessories to match you style, and budget. Add your own personal style with your accessories, especially if you are wearing a traditional wedding dress.

Now we have covered everything you should DO on your special day, it's now time to consider the things you DON'T:

Don’t Number 1: Overdo It

Too many bridal accessories and too much flashy jewellery will be sure to ruin your whole look. Less is more when it comes to jewellery.

Don’t Number 2: Leave anything until the last minute

Planning a wedding can be hectic - do not forget the accessories, as you do not want to be rushing around finding jewellery and other accessories last minute. Try on jewellery after you have your dress – and when shopping online, leave plenty of time for your wedding jewellery to arrive.

Don’t Number 3: Be afraid to break tradition

Be sure to not let tradition tie you down - don't be afraid to create the wedding you really want! Just because someone else wants a all white traditional wedding day, it doesn't mean your has to be the same. This includes wearing the jewellery you want.

Don’t Number 4: Over spend

Buying expensive and extravagant accessories is not always necessary. Don't think you have to spend a fortune to find the perfect bridal accessories - shop around, and consider shopping online to get better prices.

Don’t Number 5: Not think beyond the wedding day

Don't buy jewellery you'll never wear again. Choose versatile jewellery pieces that you can wear again.
